ORBIT MERRET, s.r.o., is a Czech based company that has been developing, manufacturing and exporting digital panel measuring devices, signal converters, bar graphs, large displays, paperless recorders and a unique PLC system of programmable controllers for over two decades. It was created by merging two rival companies ORBIT CONTROLS, s r. o., and MERRET, s r. o. in 1998 while either company had had a rich professional history of its own.

We are a young and dynamic firm based around a team of developers who represent 1/5 of the total number of staff and a production department in which experienced technicians work. The main production processes, such as component placement, assembly, burning-in and testing, take place within the company, which enables us to maintain a high quality standard thanks to the continuous control of each and every individual production step. Thanks to the compact size and independence of the company, we are able to respond quickly to the needs of our customers whom we listen to and draw inspiration from.

You can find our products in many areas of industrial automation. We have an affinity for the nuclear energy sector. Some of our devices have the necessary certification and are currently in use at nuclear power plants and installations in eight countries globally.
Our company is subject to annual audits by the Electrotechnical Testing Institute within the quality system according to EN ISO 9001 and EN 13 485, as well as verification of calibration devices in Czech Metrology Institute.
