Type OMM 323UQC is an inexpensive 4 digit universal panel counter/frequency meter/clock/timer designed for maximum usefulness and user comfort while maintaining its fair price. The instrument is based on a single-chip microcontroller, which ensures good accuracy, stability and easy operation of the instrument.
